Warm weather is upon us! And this typically means more time outside and increased physical activity levels. While enjoying the outdoors, be sure to also stay hydrated. Healthy adults need an average of 8 glasses of water a day. Be sure to include drinks in your daily activities! Water acts as a medium for many body functions, so help your body run appropriately and enjoy the outdoors!
