The Nebraska and Creighton baseball teams will be in action for the TD Ameritrade Classic tournament at Omaha today through Sunday.
Nebraska opens tourney play with a 6:35 p.m. Friday game against Creighton before playing two on Saturday and one on Sunday.
Game times for Nebraska Saturday are 11:05 a.m. and 3:05 p.m. against Oklahoma State. Nebraska plays at 1:05 p.m. Sunday against Rutgers.
The Huskers will be looking to shake off the effects of a disappointing mid-week game against the Kansas State Wildcats on Wednesday. Kansas State earned a season series sweep of the Huskers with a 13-10 decision at Haymarket Park. Oklahoma State recently won a Big 12 series against Kansas State and is currently rated in the top 25.
Creighton will play at 7 p.m. Saturday against Rutgers and 5 p.m. Sunday against Oklahoma State. The Bluejays are winners of their last four games and have an overall season record of 22-9 and a Missouri Valley Conference mark of 8-4.
A previously scheduled game between the Huskers and Jays on April 9 was cancelled.
