Did you start your day on the right food? Make sure to incorporate breakfast into your morning routine; after all, it is shown to improve academic performance and lead to healthier eating all day thru. Scrambled eggs in the microwave, a toasted sandwich, or fresh fruit can start your day off right. And for the mornings with a little additional time, try blueberry pancakes or fruit smoothies. Get creative and make things in advance, muffins freeze well for short time durations and can be thawed while you get ready!
