Looking for ways to entice your family to eat more fruit? Here’s a few helpful hints.

Keep fruits and vegetables where you can see them and are easily accessible.

Include the family in grocery shopping, what’s the favorite fruit in your house?

Add fruit to cereal, pancakes or make a smoothie for an afternoon snack.

Add vegetables to your dinner plate. Include tomatoes, mushrooms, green peppers and onions on pizza, paninis, omelets or blend into spaghetti sauce or soups!

Have fruit be ready-to-eat. Being pre washed, de-stemmed and accessible makes it more enticing to grab and go!

Eating on the run? Make a trail mix with your favorite dried fruits to take with you!
