What is one cup of fruit? While it may be difficult to get all our fruits and vegetables consumed on a daily basis, it’s also good to remember, that we might be eating more than one serving in a setting. One cup of fruit is equal to a medium sized apple, one large banana, or a ½ cup of dried fruits. Don’t forget, fruit servings come from fresh, frozen, canned or dried fruits, as well as juice. But do try to limit the juice intake to 1 cup (8oz) per day.
