Dinner plans? Make meal time, family time. Sharing a meal together as a family is a great way to share thoughts, discuss the day and be in tune to the family. While it might take a little work to get everyone together, it’s worth it, and the whole family might just eat better! With a family’s hectic schedule, it may not be possible to have a family meal every day, but try to make it a good habit to have family meals several times a week, include breakfast too!
