Huss enters not guilty plea to distribution of meth in a school zone

Brett Huss, 52, of Nebraska City entered not guilty pleas Tuesday to charges of distribution of methamphetamine near a school and trial was set for July 17.

Police arrested Huss Feb. 6 after serving a search warrant at 602 First Ave. Methamphetamine estimated with a street value of $8,000 was seized, along with electronics and tools.
