City agenda includes street department budget, bicycle plan and burial fees

City commissioners will consider changing the street department budget to slash a new patching machine in exchange for new radios and a storage building.

Commissioners earlier budgeted $70,000 for a patching machine that would be used to fix potholes and reduce surface deterioration, but Dan Giittinger, public properties director, said the price for the machines is about $15,000 higher than expected.
