Clara Alice “Peggy” Horner, 85, of Nebraska City died March 10, 2013 at St. Mary’s Community Hospital in Nebraska City. She was born on June 23, 1927 in Verdon to Earl and Arlie (Kilgore) McConaha. She was married to Edward Carl Hershey and to Percy Bishop Horner, both of whom preceded her in death.
