Edna P. DeLay, 82, of Lincoln, formerly of Falls City and Nebraska City, died March 10, 2013 at BryanLGH East Medical Center in Lincoln. Edna was born on May 9, 1930 in Nebraska City to Melvin Theodore and Della Belle (Fivecoats) Hershey. She married Victor A. DeLay, Sr. on July 18, 1945 and they shared over 64 years of marriage together until Victor’s death.
