Is reducing calories one of your next goals? Simple steps to reducing calories includes recipe modification. Check your grocery list. Does it include “reduced fat” or “fat free” options? Most recipes can turn out just as filling and flavorful, yet less calories and fat by changing regular products for fat free. For example, using fat free cream cheese reduces your fat by 9g and calories by 40 calories per serving….and that’s just one ingredient.

Enjoy the taste of cupcakes but hesitant to make them? Try this modified version.

One cupcake dry mix, 1 cup yogurt and 1 cup water. No oil, no eggs. They are just as fluffy and flavorful as the original version!
