Caring for a family is a lot of responsibility. And you want to provide good, nutritious meals for your family; but you only have time for quick meals? Just because their quick does not mean they can’t be nutritious too! Make a collection of recipes, and take a look at your weekly calendar. A lot of prep work for meals can be done in advance. Having a chicken dish tonight? Bake extra chicken to have for fajitas or chicken salad sandwiches for the next day. Prep for two meals done at one time.
