    Our bodies need “fuel” to be able to function properly; and what you eat can affect your athletic performance. Rather you’re a competitive athlete, or enjoy a routine workout, make sure to eat before you perform. Try low fat yogurt, graham crackers with peanut butter or a banana with cereal before your next physical activity performance.
