City considers architectural help for 'speculative' building

City commissioners are expected to consider hiring architectural and engineering services for a speculative building at the new industrial site north of Nebraska City near the solid waste transfer station.

A 40,000-square-foot, steel framed building is proposed to provide prospective business and manufacturers a starting point in the city.
