  • Otoe couple enters not guilty pleas to amended charges

  • Harold Stubbendick, 49, and Benita Thummel, 51, entered not guilty pleas in district court to amended charges of possession of methamphetamine on Jan. 9.

    They had initially been charged, along with two guests at their Otoe home, with possession with intent to deliver.
