- Mirroring the Fox News lineup of GOP activists, NBC hires two former Obama officials

Over the years, the lineup of paid pundits at Fox News has included such former Republican administration officials as Karl Rove, Tony Snow (now deceased) and Dana Perino.
NBC is now following suit, after a fashion, with a couple of hires from the Obama administration — David Axelrod and Robert Gibbs (above).
