Did you know that heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women? Take some heart healthy steps in this “heart” month of February to care for yourself and others. As you begin a journey to a healthier lifestyle, keep a few things in mind:
It’s always more fun to workout with someone else; find a good, reliable workout partner
Don’t get discouraged. Take one step at a time and don’t be frustrated if you don’t see results instantly
Decrease your stress level; go for a walk, call a friend or take a nap
