Did you know Kiwi has more vitamin C than a large orange? This small, green fruit contains many phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals that are crucial to good health. Not only is kiwi a powerful antioxidant, but it can potentially reduce the severity of certain conditions including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and even asthma. Kiwi can even assist in preventing different health conditions including colon cancer and heart disease.

What's the best way to eat Kiwi? Any way you prefer. Kiwi can be sliced and eaten plain, mixed with any combination of other fruits, or with plain yogurt to create a healthy dairy serving. You can even take it on the go…slice open and enjoy with a spoon!
