Teens detained on suspicion of stealing classmate's car

Three Nebraska City High School students are being held at a juvenile detention facility in Sarpy County today for suspicion of involvement in a car theft on Feb. 1.

Police took a report Friday of a stolen Acura from the high school parking lot while its owner was in class.

The car was recovered on Tuesday where it had been abandoned south of the former Morton House Kitchens factory complex.
