Warren Woodruff, 82, of Norfolk died Friday, Jan. 25, 2013 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha.
Warren (Woody) was born June 25, 1930 at Amarillo, Texas, to Lester and Iola (Hollman) Woodruff. He moved with his family to Oxford, Nebraska and graduated in 1947.
Warren married Dolores Williams on June 8, 1952 at the Christian Church in Beavers City.
In 1971 the family moved to Nebraska City where he worked as a parts manager for the local Chevrolet dealer until retiring in 1991. They moved to Madison then Norfolk.
Warren is survived by wife Dolores Woodruff of Norfolk; children Tim and Madian Woodruff of Papillion, Trent and Wendy Woodruff of Lincoln and Teresa Bohler of Norfolk; eight grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
He was preceded by daughter Tonja, brother Maurice, and sister Dolores.
Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 30, at Community Bible Church, Norfolk. Burial will be at a later date in Oxford Cemetery, Oxford.
