Nebraska among states with lowest percent of pet ownership

The American Veterinary Medical Association recently released its U.S. Pet Ownership & Demographics Sourcebook, which revealed that Nebraska ranks 46th for pet ownership with 51.3 percent of households owning a pet.

The survey is conducted by the association every five years and always includes a breakdown of pet ownership by state.
