Prohibition researcher links marijuana to moonshine

Prohibition researcher and author Denise Frisino cites historical parallels between the decriminalization of marijuana in Colorado and Washington to the national experience at the end of Prohibition in 1933.

Her novel, "Whiskey Cove," is based on first-hand interviews with Prohibition-era bootleggers in the Pacific Northwest.
