Losing weight is tough and dieting is no fun! Just mentioning the word brings up feelings of hunger, anxiety and suffering. But you don’t have to!
Here's another tip to help you:
Exercise at least 5 hours a week: to be healthy you have to workout. Three of these hours should be strength related (this is my recommendation). Take a Group eXercise class or get in a pool and swim!
