Start the day off with lots of water!

Losing weight is tough and dieting is no fun! Just mentioning the word brings up feelings of hunger, anxiety and suffering.  But you don’t have to!
Tip of the day:

Stay hydrated: Water is essential.  Your urine should be clear, if it is not you may need to drink more water.  Drink 2 or 3 glasses right when you wake up this will help you get ahead.
