  • Losing weight is tough and dieting is no fun! Just mentioning the word brings up feelings of hunger, anxiety and suffering.  But you don’t have to!
     
    Tip of the day:

    Stay hydrated: Water is essential.  Your urine should be clear, if it is not you may need to drink more water.  Drink 2 or 3 glasses right when you wake up this will help you get ahead.
