  • Frosted windshield blamed for accident near high school

  • A frosted windshield is blamed for a two-car collision near the Nebraska City High School parking lot Tuesday morning.

    A Pontiac Grand Am driven was south on Steinhart Park Road while a Pontiac Bonneville was crossing the street toward the entrance of the parking lot.
