Fruits in the morning, veggies later in the day

Losing weight is tough and dieting is no fun! Just mentioning the word brings up feelings of hunger, anxiety and suffering.  But you don’t have to!
Today's tip to help you lose weight:

Limit your carbs in the PM: start the day out with your fruits and as your day goes by back off the fruits and concentrate on more of the vegetables with your meals.  Not eating any fruits of vegetables with you meals?  Now is the time to start, not are they a way to eat lower fat but they have the phytonutrients that are needed to ward off cancer.
