Losing weight is tough and dieting is no fun! Just mentioning the word brings up feelings of hunger, anxiety and suffering.  But you don’t have to!

 

Here's the tip of the day to help you lose weight.

 

Eat a big breakfast:  A lot of people do not even eat the most important meal of the day.  No breakfast, a medium lunch and then when you get home for m work you are famished and you gorge.  This is no way to lose weight.  Your breakfast should be the largest of the day.  Research has shown that people that front-load their calories during the day ramp up their metabolism and burn more fat than those who back-load their calories.
