Why is Derek's sister coming to Seattle Grace on Thursday's Grey's Anatomy?
It turns out, each of his sisters were called to possibly donate a live nerve for the surgery on Derek's (Patrick Dempsey) hand. It looks like Neve Campbell, who will play Derek's previously unseen sister Lizzie, is the lucky winner!
