City's Nov. 5 agenda includes board of appeals changes

After postponing an Oct. 23 hearing for the Albert and Linda Zook house condemnation for lack of a "super majority," city officials scheduled an amendment to change the make-up of the board of appeals.

City commissioners are scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. on Nov. 5 to consider an ordinance that would add two alternate members to the board for five year terms.
