• Prosecutor links Cranford to Hall County sexual assault

  • An Otoe County prosecutor has enhanced charges against a Palmyra man accused of sexually assaulting a girl who was walking home from school on Aug. 20.

    Attorney Julie Smith Hogancamp filed an information in district court alleging the prior offense and charging Cranford with a felony with a mandatory prison sentence of five years and a maximum sentence of 50 years.
