Wayne Co. Commissioner Pleads No Contest to Official Misconduct and Theft

Attorney General Jon Bruning today announced Wayne County Commissioner Kelvin Wurdeman pleaded no contest to one count of theft between $200 and $500, a Class I misdemeanor and one count of official misconduct, a Class II misdemeanor. Sentencing is scheduled for November 5, 2012 in Wayne County Court.
