  • Mier enters not guilty plea to Steinhart Park robbery

  • Samuel Mier, 25, of Topeka, Kan., entered a not guilty plea July 30 in Otoe County district court to charges of robbery, false imprisonment and terroristic threats.


    Mier, who appeared with Otoe County Public Defender Michael Ziskey, is schedueld for trial on Sept. 5.
