  • The Nebraska City swim team is getting ready for a string of meets away from Steinhart Pool.
    Meanwhile, you can catch up with what's been going on in the print edition of the News-Press.
    The Nebraska City swim team hosted Plattsmouth in a dual meet at Steinhart Pool on Monday, June 11.  Nebraska City won the meet with a total of 586 points.  Plattsmouth ended with 431 total points.  The meet was called early due to poor lighting conditions.  Results of this meet printed in the June 19 News-Press.
    The Nebraska City swim team hosted Shenandoah and Southwest Iowa in a triagular meet at Steinhart Pool on Wednesday, June 13. Nebraska City won the meet with a total of 533 points. Southwest Iowa earned 348 points and Shenendoah ended with 276 points.  Results will print in the Friday,?June 22 News-Press.

    Saturday, June 30th -- at the Shenendoah Invitational (9:30 a.m.)
    Monday, July 2nd -- versus Syracuse and Tarkio, Missouri, at Home (6 p.m.)
    Saturday, July 7th -- hosting the Nebraska City Invitational (9 a.m.)
