The Nebraska State Track and Field Championships will take place Friday and Saturday at Omaha Burke High School.
There will be two sessions of action Friday with Class B and D competing together from 9 a.m. to 1:35 p.m. and Class C and A competing together from 3:30 to 7:45 p.m.
Action continues with an all classes session on Saturday, beginning at 9:30 a.m. and concluding after the 1600 meter relay races, scheduled to begin at 4:10 p.m.
There will be a shuttle running between Westroads Mall and Omaha Burke during both days of action at state which will take spectators to and from the state meet venue at no cost.
Event organizers urge fans to use the shuttle to alleviate congestion around Omaha Burke.
