Otoe County residents can expect to see their 2015 Otoe County Fairbooks in the April 27 issue of the Penny Press.The fairbook contains everything Otoe County residents need to know to enter exhibits in this year's fair, which will take place July 30 to August 2 at the Otoe County Fairgrounds in Syracuse. This year's fair theme is “Fun for the Whole Herd.”
