No one has yet made a movie about Brian Epstein, the entrepreneur-manager who shaped the Beatles into the biggest pop act the world will ever see. But someone’s now made a documentary about Kit Lambert and Chris Stamp. Never heard of them? Well, they also did a pretty good job turning an unknown ’60s British band into a phenomenon, one that — minus two of its original members — is still selling out concerts today.
