JOSEPH JOHNSON and PATRICIA JOHNSON, his wife, if married, JOHN DOE NO. 1 AND JANE DOE NO 1, husband and wife, tenants in possession, real names unknown; Lot 5, Block 10, Talmage, Otoe County, Nebraska, and all persons having or claiming any interest in and to said real estate, real names unknown;
SECOND CAUSE OF ACTION upon Tax Sale Certificate 885:
DONALD CRICHTON and LUCILLE CRICHTON, his wife, if married, JOHN DOE NO. 2 AND JANE DOE NO 2, husband and wife, tenants in possession, real names unknown; East 12 feet of Lot 8 and Lot 9, Block 114, Greggsport Addition to Nebraska City, Otoe County, Nebraska, and all persons having or claiming any interest in and to said real estate, real names unknown;
YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 29th day of April, 2008, the County of Otoe filed a Petition in the District Court of Otoe County, Nebraska, against you and each of you which cause appears at Docket CI08, Page 93, of the records of the Clerk of the District Court of Otoe County, Nebraska, the object and prayer of which Petition is in accordance with a Resolution adopted by the Board of Commissioners for the County of Otoe, State of Nebraska, for the foreclosure of tax liens:
FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION upon Tax Sale Certificate 1139:
Lot 5, Block 10, Talmage, Otoe County, Nebraska, and all persons having or claiming any interest in and to said real estate, real names unknown;
SECOND CAUSE OF ACTION upon Tax Sale Certificate 885:
East 12 feet of Lot 8 and Lot 9, Block 114, Greggsport Addition to Nebraska City, Otoe County, Nebraska, and all persons having or claiming any interest in and to said real estate, real names unknown;
That the several parcels of real estate described herein and in the Petition were subject to taxation for State and Governmental and Municipal subdivisions and special assessments for the several years as enumerated in the Petition and the Exhibits thereto attached and by reference made a part thereof, that unless the same is paid by you or any of you, that a Decree will be entered in said Court foreclosing and forever barring you and each of you of any and all claims upon interest or estate in, right or title to or lien upon of equity of redemption in or to said herein described real estate and that the same or so much as may be necessary to satisfy the Plaintiff’s lien together with costs shall be sold in accordance with the law and for such other and further relief as equity requires and as to the Court may seen just and equitable,

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
You are hereby notified that pursuant to a power of sale contained in the deed of trust in the original principal amount of $97,155.00 executed by Jessica A. Robbins, a single person, which was filed for record on April 27, 2005 as Instrument No. 200501266 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Otoe County, Nebraska, the property described below will be sold by the undersigned at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or cashier's check, at the north door of the Otoe County Courthouse, 1021 Central Avenue in the City of Nebraska City, Otoe County, Nebraska at 10:00 a.m. on August 12, 2008:
THE SOUTH HALF OF LOT 2, AND ALL OF LOT 3, AND THE NORTH HALF OF LOT 4, BLOCK 63, PALMYRA, OTOE COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
The highest bidder is required to deliver cash or certified funds to the undersigned by the close of business on the day of sale, except this requirement is waived when the highest bidder is the beneficiary. The purchaser is responsible for all fees or taxes, including the documentary stamp tax. This sale is made without any warranties as to title or condition of the property.
